This piece delves into the concept of refraction, examining how it can alter our perception of the world and impact our thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal interactions. 'réfraction' invites listeners to consider the ways in which our understanding of reality can be shaped and distorted.

Recorded at his studio in Senlis, a charming town in France renowned for its art-adorned streets and historical ambiance.

By melding together the timeworn character of a vintage '70s piano with the warmth of analog synthesizers, the lushness of strings, and other acoustic instruments, and then enriching them with the vintage charm of reel-to-reel tape processing, Onur creates a neoclassical sound that reflects the journey of the song. Similar to the concept of refraction, this sound bends and shapes itself into something entirely captivating.
